I take sleep seriously. It’s part of high performance. So I gave the sleep tracker a shot. Overall, I would not recommend it.
I love that it syncs over Wi-Fi so it doesn’t require me to mess with my phone to track things. However, it’s accuracy is not as good as I had hoped. Especially “time to sleep” and “time to wake.” But I have enjoyed The heart rate monitoring and sleep depth info.
